- 100 g cedar nut flour “Alteya”
- 70 g cedar nuts
- 100 g butter
- 70 ml Jerusalem artichoke syrup
- 40-60 g oatmeal (you can also grind oat flakes)
- 20-50 g sesame seeds (to coat)
- 150 g dark chocolate

Melt the butter and mix with the cedar nut flour, nuts and Jerusalem artichoke syrup.

Add the oatmeal gradually, without the mixture turning runny.

Leave the mass to stand for 10-15 minutes to allow the oatmeal to swell.

Roll into balls with a mass of 20-25 g.
Coat the balls with sesame seeds and freeze for 20 minutes, or coat the candies with melted chocolate and place in a freezer for 20 minutes.
Store the candies in the refrigerator.
