Strawberry Salad

  • 50 g arugula
  • 30 g spinach
  • 70 g strawberries
  • 10 g cedar nuts
  • 40 g Circassian cheese
  • balsamic glaze, salt – to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of cedar nut oil “Alteya”
  • mixture of sprouts: chickpea seeds, peas, beans (mung beans), sunflower seeds – to taste
  1. Cut strawberries into 4 slices, roughly tear arugula and spinach.
  2. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  3. Place greens, then strawberries and cheese onto a plate. Add sprouts (optional), sprinkle with cedar nuts and salt.
  4. Pour cedar nut oil and balsamic glaze on the top.
