Shake the balloon before use. Hold the balloon upright and spray onto the problem skin area from a distance of about 15-20 cm with uniform circular motions for not more than 5-10 seconds. The maximum cooling effect is achieved after 20 minutes. To enhance the cooling effect, repeat the procedure.
