To take general baths, dissolve a bag of sea salt (200 g) in hot water, and dilute with water up to a temperature of 37-38ºC. Duration of the procedure is 15-20 minutes. It is recommended to take a bath before bedtime. Attention! Individual intolerance to the ingredients is possible.
