Pour 1 teaspoon of herbal tea with 1 glass of boiling water, cover with a lid, infuse for 10-15 minutes and strain.

Forest Herbal Tea
Ingredients: origanum herb, chamomile flowers, lemon balm herb, rose hips.
Mountain Herbal Tea
Ingredients: lemon balm herb, chamomile flowers, linden flowers, wild strawberry leaves.
Meadow Herbal Tea
Ingredients: origanum herb, hypericum herb, wild strawberry leaves, mint leaves.
Taiga Herbal Tea
Ingredients: bergenia leaves, currant leaves, raspberry leaves.
