Planet SPA Altai Bath Sea Salt “For Joints”

To take regular baths, dissolve the sea salt (200 g) in hot water and dilute it with water to a temperature of 37-38ºС. The duration of the procedure is 15-20 minutes. After the bath, it is recommended to take a shower and relax for 30-60 minutes, warmly covered. To reduce pain in the joints, it is recommended to take baths for hands and feet at a water temperature of 40ºС and a salt concentration of 200 g per 10 liters of water. The higher the salt concentration is, the more pronounced effect the bath has. Application course: it is recommended to take salt baths 2-3 times a week, with a course of 10-12 baths within a month.
