Flour is great for making protein-vitamin shakes, it is also used to make sauces and dressings, added to white-bread flour when baking, or used as a main ingredient for gluten-free cookies and other desserts (puddings, casseroles).
Flour contains vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B12, C, D, E, PP, K), macroelements (calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, sulfur), microelements (iron, zinc, iodine, copper, manganese, selenium, fluorine, cobalt), lecithin, phytoncides, and sterols. Flour is an excellent source of saturated, mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids, including Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9.

Walnut flour improves the digestion due to the high fiber content; it also contains a lot of lecithin – a fatty substance that can be called a building material for body cells. In addition, the walnut flour has a high antioxidant activity, so the products based on it perfectly complement and make the daily diet healthier.
