• 7 WORKING DAYS upon presentation of a request by the buyer for the replacement of goods of inadequate quality, we will replace such goods within seven working days from the date of presentation of the specified requirement by the consumer, and if necessary, additional quality control of such goods - within twenty days from the date of presentation of the specified requirement.
• Within A MONTH, if we do not have the goods at the time of the buyer's request for replacement, the replacement must be made within a month from the date of such a request.

We will refund the FULL VALUE of the GOODS (or the difference in value — in the case of an exchange) by transferring funds to your bank account within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the refund.

WE FULLY ASSUME THE COST OF SHIPPING THE GOODS OF INADEQUATE QUALITY.

• the exchange of goods of inadequate quality is made for a similar product of proper quality
• the exchange of goods that did not correspond to the position in the order is made for goods corresponding to this position
• during the exchange, the delivery of the goods is carried out at the expense of the seller

RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

Perfumery and cosmetic products are not subject to exchange in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 31.12.2020 No. 2463. The Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 N 2300-1 "On consumer protection" prohibits the exchange and return of high-quality food. In accordance with Article 1 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 02.01.2000 N 29-FZ "On the quality and safety of food products", biologically active additives also belong to food products. The buyer can refuse the goods of proper quality at any time before receiving them, after receiving the goods of proper quality, they cannot be returned.

RETURN OF GOODS OF INADEQUATE QUALITY

A product of inadequate quality is considered to be a product that has shortcomings that prevent it from being used fully for its intended purpose (expired shelf life, broken packaging). The difference of design elements or design from the description stated on the website is not a sign of improper quality.

IN CASE OF DETECTION OF A MALFUNCTION OF THE GOODS, THE BUYER HAS THE RIGHT TO DEMAND:

• replacement of the product with exactly the same product, but serviceable (of the same model and (or) article)
• replacements for the same product of another brand (model, article) (in this case, the purchase price will be recalculated)
• proportionate reduction of the purchase price
